SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Ltd. – Manjari & Hadapsar SEZ is a Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 212/2, off Soli Poonawalla Road, Hadapsar, Pune-411028, Maharashtra, India.

The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (“Department of Commerce”), Government of India, SEZ Section, notified an area of 11.50675 hectares as Manjari SEZ area and 12.4136 hectares as Hadapsar SEZ area under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the SEZ Act, 2005 for development, operation and maintenance of the sector-Specific Park for Biotech and Pharmaceuticals Sectors at Hadapsar/Manjari Village, Pune, Maharashtra.

M/s SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited-Manjari SEZ has been notified as the Developer of the SEZ by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (Department of Commerce) vide Notification No. S.O. 651(E) dated 29th March 2012 and M/s SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited – Hadapsar SEZ has been notified as the Co-Developer by the agreement between Developer Serum Bio-Pharma Park and Co- Developer SEZ Bio-Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. dated 23rd June 2007.

The Hon’ble Commission has taken on record the status of Hadapsar SEZ & Manjari SEZ as the deemed Distribution Licensee for Biotechnology Park under Section 14 of the Electricity Act, 2003, vide its Common Order dated December 8, 2023 passed in Case No. 179 of 2023 and Case No. 180 of 2023.

In view of the above, SEZ Bio-Tech Services Pvt Ltd – Hadapsar SEZ & Manjari is a deemed Distribution Licensee in its SEZ area at 212/2 off Soli Poonawalla Road, Hadapsar, Pune in the State of Maharashtra. SEZ Bio-Tech Services Pvt Ltd – Hadapsar SEZ & Manjari has started Distribution Licensee operations on 1st July 2024 and is operational till date
